Disable hold music for one extension

I have a NEAX 2400 IMX with a soundbrick and Muzak for the hold music. We have a clinic that shares the PBX. The hold music references our facility, and the administration is worried that because a person is on hold with the clinic that the references made for our hospital could be construed as being for the clinic as well. Because of this, they want to disable the hold music for the clinic. Is there an easy way to do this (or at least inexpensive).
