Disable Historical Calendar Entries being Shared

Hi,

I need to share all calendars with all membbers of staff with the reviewer permission which is fine. However, my second requirement is for reviewer users only to be able to see 2 weeks historical data and 6 months future data.

How can I do this on a global scale? Were using Exchange 2010 SP1 Rollup 5 and Outlook 2010.
