Disable General Delivery mb

Hello, I have a cust with a startalk vm. and we converted them from AA to "Please enter parties ext." it then goes to mb 100 (ghost) and takes a message. How do I turn off the general delivery option. I believe a hang up would be perfect.

Option 6 after f983 admin disables general delivery.
You will also want to change the F982 attendant DN and table attendant DN to none.

Aragon: i found that when I f983 pwd(1020000) 6 says Number of Channels. When I enter 5 it prompts for pwd. 266344 does not work.

Any other thoughts.

Really old startalks do not support general delivery disable.
Post your software version, you may be able to upgrade.

No can do, sorry.
CallPilot would be a great option if your KSU can support it, otherwise a Norstar Voice Mail 4.1 release would also do a great job.

Since I have a Flash in my lab, I tried all the single digits after at the "admin" prompt after a F983.
Does anyone want to fill in the blanks?
1 - ???? asks for password
2 - Language setup
3 - ???? asks for password
4 - voicemail on/off, directory on/off
5 - ???? asks for number of channels
6 - Gen Delivery on/off
7 - Print reports
8 - ???? asks for password
9 - Display Flash version
0 - nothing

I've tried all the typical VM and Norstar admin passwords, but none worked.
