Disable Flash Projector menu

Hi I created a CD-ROM menu using a flash projector but when the user clicks on the Full Screen menu option that is visible on the Flash player 7, the screen is not able to minimise again. How can I disable the view Full Screen option in the flash player or how can I disable the flash menus altogether, using actionscript.
