I have an office that now only has two people and even though the automated attendant announce only two extesions people still push extension 11 and 12 that are no longer used. How can disable them or make the forward automatcally to another extension? Thanks in advance

Feature-11-(Original Extension Number)-(Destination Extension Number) will forward an extension to another.
Which voice mail do you have? If you have Partner Mail or Partner Messaging, you can delete the mailboxs for 10 and 11 and set transfer restrictions to ON, so calls cannot transfer.
What are the valid extension numbers? If they are all in the 20's (none in the 10's), disable selector code 1.

Or you could make the voice mail use a selector code transfer, and use the 1 button for employee "A", and the 2 button for employee "B"
