Disable/Enable Secondary Display

Hi All.

I'm trying to write a VB app that will simply be a button that I click to toggle between disabling and enabling my secondary monitor (actually display #3 under Control Panel). I've looked around for ages, but I can't find info on how to do this, only API calls to change resolution etc. Can anyboby help me with this?
