Disable DND on certain phones

Hey All,
I need to know if you can disable DND on certain phone in class of service or some other way.

I have a client who's janitor's like to put their phone on DND so they don't get any "come clean up this puke" calls.

Any thoughts?

Install an ATA-2 and a standard analog phone. Don't tell the janitor how to access the feature codes from the touchtone phone. It might work.

Is the janitor using the feature code or a pre programmed button. if they are using a pre programmed button than take that button off the phone.

The phone is an M7100 with "transfer" as the button.

I found out I can turn on "Set Lock" and it does what I want. It may have some other side effects, but it gets the job done.

Set lock will work as long as that phone does not need to access any features. If the phones only button is transfer, then you should be fine.
