Disable Day time

Hi Folks,
I have CS1000 where the system route the calls based on time of day 9am to 5pm
How can I disable this option.
As I looking to have all calls 24hr to reach to reception.

You haven't given out enough information on your post.

How is the trunk coming into the system?. Is it a DID/DDI number, analogue trunk etc?.

Does the incoming number go into ACD or Voicemail etc?.

Does the number only ring on one phone or does it ring others etc?.

Before 9am and after 5pm, where goes the call go?.

I want to limit the number of Rings on any extension
normally it rings too many times I want to call ring 6 to 8 times and if not attended it automatically disconnect
