Ok... I am trying to setup a window7 machine so that ctrl alt del are disabled.

If the user presses CAD then I want the system to just give me the option to cancel. I do not want the system to allow anything else.

Is there a way to do this? I have a system that refers to this and I have no idea how to get it done

any help would be appreciated. thanks

How do you mean? What system? What does it say?

Essentially CAD is not user-configurable. There is a very, very limited set of things your OS can do in response to it.

As I said, essentially not user-configurable. Writing kernel mode filter drivers is a somewhat advanced subject. They call CAD the Secure Attention Sequence (SAS) for a reason.
