I have a page that has a class on the body with scrollbar colors set. I also have textarea elements on the page. The textarea elements' scrollbars are colored the same as the body. I don't want this. Is there a way to disable style inheritance for a certain element, or set the scrollbar look to 'default' or something? Thanks for your help,

Can you post the CSS portion for that so we can see and be bale to help??
I know the CSS class is only intiated when called...but in any case post the code and we can try... I have not failed; I have merely found 100,000 different ways of not succeding...

I've found out how to do this.

In my textarea class, I can just set all the scrollbar colors to transparent.

works in ie at least...
