Disable Computer Name 'Change...' button in 'System Properties'

Hello All,

Users on our network keep changing their computer name which makes the use of remote assistance software difficult. Does anyone know how to disable the 'Change...' button in System Proprties? I've found the registry setting to disable the whole of System Properties, but this causes problems later down the line when trouble shooting issues on the PC as it's sometimes necessary to access System Properties.

How about something like Windows Steady State? Have a look at this:

We have deployed it here on a departmental basis and to user that seem to get themselves into things they had best not muck with.

Can you do anything with access permissions to the registry key mentioned in this thread?
