Disable Click To Activate in IE7?

ok this is really bugging me, because it makes my website really a bit of a chore to operate... there is two flash movies on my website and each one has a giant dashed box round it saying "click to activate"

ive read up and a few places seem to reckon you can stop this happening by using javascript to embed the movie?

is this true? if so how do i do it... cuz its really annoying!
