Disable check box for password saving in safari

Hello, how can I disable the checkbox so users can not save their internet password in safari. It is in a library setting and evry one logs on as "user" but then they must enter their own id and password for internet access and I would like to take away the ability to save the password. Ideally I would like to know how to make it so they are never prompted to save any password but just "greying out the checkbox would be a grat help.
