Disable CHAT Feature in Cisco UCCX/IPCC Supervisor agent?

I've seen this batted around in the past - does anyone know how to either:

Disable the chat feature on the CAS Supervisor desktop to prevent the capability to chat

-or-

block the sendMsg CORBA GIOP operation at the server or firewall

 
you should be able to go into the ccx servicability tool and disable the cisco desktop chat service. I am not sure how the system will react if you do this during business hrs so plan accordingly and test thoroughly.
