How can I disallow normal users to change their wallpaper?

Start, Run, gpedit.msc

User Configuration
Administrative Templates
Desktop
Active Desktop

You can set policies to disable any edits or changes.

I found this on Microsoft, and thought we should start passing it on. It will work for domains, and for local PC groups policies.
