Disable/change dial 0 to get switchboard.

Good day! We're either going to diasable or change the dial zero target. The powers are discussing it. Please tell me where/how to get into the program to either change or disable the target when users dial 0. Thanks in advance.

If this is a business system, then use ASPA to reassign 0 as a single digit station number. Then create a virtual extension with 0 as the extension number for normal and hooking. You can then use ACFS to set call forwarding of 0 to any extension in the system. If this is a Hotel system, then you cannot do this.
