Disable callers from entering 0 to reach Att in type 31

I have a type 31 Mail Box that callers are not waiting to hear options and immediatly enter 0. This is overloading my console operater and I need to turn off the ability for callers to enter 0. My preference would be to return the callers to the the same greeting. Please help!

You can add a new att schedule and tell it that the operator is never available. Then change the type 31 MB to att schedule X and when they hit 0 it will tell them that the operator is not available and put them back in the same menu.

I have an Octel 200 system that we are replacing and we need to know what information we should obtain from the Octel to have a seamless migration. Some of our departments have extenions that have prompts i.e. press 1 for this and 2 for that etc. We need to be able to list all of these extenions and how they are setup. No one here is proficient in the Octel systems, so we need assistance. Please assist.
