Is there a way to disable a class button toolbar I create when a form is open, then when the form is closed the button becomes enabled

Since the objects on a toolbar are just standard controls, you can enable and disble them just like you would if they were part of a form. Also the Toolbar itself has an Enabled property you can set.

Am I missing something?

Ummm ... are you asking about menus, buttons, or what?

Your form can set the button's .Enabled in init & destroy.

If you're asking about menu pads, use the SKIP FOR clause !Wontop("YourWindow").
