DISABLE BANNER PRINTING HP LJ4000?

where is the setting to disable page banner printing from a Windows 2000 computer to a HP LaserJet 4000 network print device? I've looked in the advanced setting printer defaults and I could not find the place to turn it off. A user keeps getting a banner page everytime she prints a document. Her computer was upgraded from Win98 to Win2k.

Problem resolved. I forgot to mention that this computer logs on to a Novell network. So the print banner option can be found under CSNW in Control panel. thnx
