My auto attendant service answers on the first ring. I want to ring the change this to the fourth ring to allow the call to be answered by the receptionist. Where is this setting located?

In a round about way you will have to display the trunk groups. There you will see the incoming destination, and night service destination. The probably points to an extension or VDN that covers or routes the call to the auto attendant. If it is an extension then create a new cover path that has the first point of coverage as the ATTD or attendant, The second point of coverage will be the Voice mail hunt group number H<#>. Apply this coverage path to the extension that now covers to the voicemail. This way the callers will go to the attendant first and after the system interval time of rings, the caller will then go to the voice mail auto Attendant.

The system interval can be found under the display system coverage options, but do not change this option as it will affect all coverage paths.

If the caller is pointed to a VDN and the associated vector routes or messages the call to voicemail, then create a new extension number with the coverage path above and point the trunk group incoming destination to that new number. Label accordingly and test.

There are other ways, but this is the easiest.
