Disable all Excel Shortcut keys

Hi, does anyone know how to disable all excel shortcut keys witthout having to individually turn each one off?

And why would you wish to prevent some proficient people from using shortcuts and loose time using the mouse?

If someone did that to me it would mean a few complains related to health and safety issues, not to mention loss of produtivity.
