Disable Administrator Tools

How do I disable Administrator tools for clients running NT workstation. But as Administrator I would like to have access when I log in. Maybe just have the event viewer operational.

Go to C:\WINNT\Profiles\All Users\Start Menu\Programs and move the 'Administrative Tools (Common)' folder into your c:\winnt\profiles\administrator\start menu\programs folder. Then only the administrator will be able to use the tools.
