Disable able Yahoo and AOL IM in ISA 2004

How do I go about disabling these IM services?

Weird thing is I deny all traffic from internal to external except for HTTP and HTTPS protocols. So how does Yahoo and AOL work after I configure thier Proxies?

Any way how do I do this with ISA 2004 not ISA 2000
