Disable Ability to Use Call Forwarding on an Extension 1

Is there a way to disable the use of the #33 code from a particular extension?

We have an issue with one of our phones getting forwarded to our operator's phone either by accident or as a prank.
Of course to cancel the forwarding, I forward the number back to the original extension.

In either case, I would like to make it so that the #33 code (forwarding) could not be utilized in the first place at this particular extension only.

Internal forwarding can not be turned off.

External forwarding can, but that's not what you are trying to stop.
