Disable 1 Tape Drive

Have Arcserve 2k SP4, with a few of the Hardware fixes installed.

Also have an ADIC Scalar 100 Library with 2 good drives, and 1 bad drive. A replacement drive is on the way, but tonight's jobs need to run.

Is there any way to disable Arcserve's use of a drive temporarily?

Go to the 'Device Configuration' wizard. Walk through the configuration menu's and you will find a page where you can 'mark devices offline'. After disabling the defect drive this way ARcserve will only use the good drives.
