Since upgrade from TSW to TSE calling to DISA, dial tone *6*authcode# the call drops.
All ASPAC are verified to allow Parnum 184 = 2 Individual or common authorization code is
required on DISA calls.
We have upgraded 3 systems and the same result. We do have a ticket open with Mitel as of this morning.
We don't see any parameter changes in auth settings, CSP or CAT settings. Parnum 184 = 3 (Authorization code is not required on DISA calls.)
provides immediate dialtone and the call is placed successfully.
