Hi.

I have a customer that would like to have a number to call in and be able to send feature accescodes. Can this be done by DISA. I have set up a DISA number and calls it and is trying to dail the feature access code for ex Remote DND but it do not work correct. any tip for me?

Regards U

Try putting the feature access code in as a speed call and dial the speedcall via DISA

Or, Failing that. You can try and program a loopback trunk that will allow you to access the system as if you were an analog station.

For hints on the loopback look up the FAQ faq1329-5872 that uses the same process.

Ok. Thanks.

I Solved the above problem. I missed the Independent Account Code, when that was fixet i solved my problem.

But i do need to ask a nother question. My customer also would like a pin coded (proteced) area in their auto attendent. I have built the autoattendent using a empty ACD que.

the chooices is lika this.
Press 1 for sales.
Press 2 for support Next step here is

press 1 if you have a service agreement
Press 2 if you are a new customer

If a press 1 the caller should press a pin code and if the code is correct they should be rerouted to a nother extention if not something else should happen.

Is this something that can be solved and can it be solved using the pin code in Independent Account Code?

or is there a better way of doing this?

Regards U
