DISA trouble

Hi everyone,

I'm having some issues setting up the DISA DN on a CICS 6.1 with CP100. Sets are T7316E. Four loop CO lines. I want to setup DISA, but don't want to designate a specific line only to handle inbound DISA requests. I have attempted to setup the DISA DN to a number within the 22xx range of our current DNs. Changed Rec'd digits to 4 to match dialplan. However, whenever I try to dial the 22xx DISA DN from internally or externally, it shows or reads not in service. Any ideas on getting this to work?

Mathew,

An E&M trunk card or a combo card with DTMF receivers is required to make any auto answer work.
