DISA package not equipped

In ld 24 I tried to access DISA but received an SCH0775 error (DISA package not equipped). How can I get this package equipped?

I realize that it is not recommended to use DISA but my manager requested it.

If you havent got the DISA package you have to upgrade your system with it. So you have to go to your vendor and buy it.

DISA is a very good feature used in the right way.
If you set the right restrictions there is no problems.
