DISA on TDA-30 or AA on TVM 50

Hello all,
I've been trying to get DISA set up on the TDA-30 but I cant record the OGM from any of the manager phones. I'm wondering if it's because I don't have the cards required for DISA. The settings for DISA show up in the Unified Console when I connect to the TDA-30 via USB so I'm assuming that the unit is capable of DISA. We also have a TVM-50 and I'm wondering if it's a better idea to route all the calls to the TVM-50 and then use the Auto Attendant feature from that. I'm just not sure if the TVM-50 can talk to the TDA-30 and transfer to the correct line.

you need disa or Esvm card for the tda30 for disa. you can use the tvm50 for AA services, but advise you to get someone in to set it up if you are not sure or the system programming
