I have a BCM 50 2.0 that I am trying to set up DISA on. I have a PRI T1 and the target lines I have set up all work. My DISA DN is not a target line and I have entered the DN in the Public DISA DN field. When I dial it, I get a "all circuits busy" message. If I move the dn to a target line, works ok. Any idea as to what I am doing wrong? Thanks.

Nothing, it needs to match the digits of a Target Line. Why is this not possible?

I cannot put the DISA DN in both a Target Line and the DISA DN field. It is either one or the other. Any other thoughts.

If I put a DID in the DISA field and call it, the call gets rejected by the PBX. There must be some sort of bug associated with DISA .

What I mean is the DID (Recvd. Digits, DNIS #)need to be the DISA DN. Not Target Line. You state in your opening post, that it worked. My question, is why is that a not usable answer?

Sorry for the confusion, what I meant was that when I put a DID in the DISA DN field, it does not work. When I call that the DISA DN DID, the call gets rejected by the BCM.
