DISA DN AND IRAD SETUP

I HAVE SETUP A CICS W / IRAD ENABLED. WHEN I DIAL DIRECTLY ON A LINE THAT IS PROGREMMED FOR AUTO ANSWER THE REMOTE SOFTWARE WORKS. WHEN I SET UP A DISA DN AND DIAL FROM THE AUTO ATTENDANT IT GIVES STUDDER DIAL TONE AND WHEN I ENTER THE COS IT GIVES STEADY DIAL TONE AND THEN I DIAL ***723 IT GIVE ME FAST BUSY. WHAT AM I DOING WRONG?

The COS reference in your above post, is that the class of service password? If it is, with every cos password you have to tell it what set filter to use or it will not work. At the cos password press show then show at set filter. Give the cos a filter to use. Hope I have helped.

I HAVE SET THE COS TO 3 WHICH IS NORMAL. AND IS STILL GET THE SAME RESPONSE.

You are using the CICS's INTERNAL AA correct?
And do you have REMOTE ACCESS package set to allow REMOTE ADMIN?
That should allow the ***723.
I don't use this very often because of the internal AA, but have it set up at a couple of sites.

No. I am using the Flash AA.

Well, that answers it. IT HAS TO BE THE CICS AA for the ***723 to work.
