DISA call records in BC 12 SP 5

Dear All,

System is BC 12 SP5,
Disa calls through E1 CAS route are not recording & instead appearing up as Invalid party:
Incoming route is 023
The calls were recorded properly before the upgrade from BC 11 SP12..

Pls advice...

In the raw data i don't get the calling party no, In the ideal situation it should be 023001***
