I have a DISA with DID trunks with the CNA activated.
I found that when the DID trunks have CNA the CDR shows a first record (A record) showing the phone number where I called from, and a second record (N record) where (instead of the phone number I called) I get the same number where I called from.
If I set the DID trunks to CND then I get things the right way: A first record (A record) showing the Authorization code and a second record (N record) with the number I called
What could be wrong

If you get things the way you want them, then nothing is wrong.

What are you trying to accomplish by making it CNA ?

We set the DID trunks to CNA because we want to know the phone number of the person who is calling us.

Acewarlock, where do I find that prompt (CLIA)
I searched in LD 14, LD 11, LD 16 and I cant find it
By the way if you set the CNA in the DID trunks (R2MF)they show the number of the caller.

I think the CLID is only for ISDN??
We are using DID (R2mf)to connect to the local carrier

CFN LD 17
CLID (NO) YES Calling Line ID in the CDR

Here is the CLIA I forgot to tell you where it was.

TRUNKS LD 14

CLS
(CLID) Calling Line Identification Denied acli-24
CLIA Calling Line Identification Allowed

Even tough I set the CLID to yes in LD 17, the prompt CLIA doesnt show up in LD 14. I think this is due to the fact that the connection to the local carrier is non-ISDN. It is a R2mf DID.
