DISA Call disconnection

we are using disa on ES824. once caller ring the extension through internal or external DIS, called extension rings continously even the caller keep the phone.

any work around?

does your c.o. lines have cpc on them

Yes it has cpc signalling.
incomming 22ms to 614 ms (various values)
outgoing enable/dissable.

I think i misunderstood the your question. CPC signalling is not used in our country and battery or polarity reverse is supplied on request.

why calls are not disconecting properly.
there are devices out there that can be installed
on the line that provide a cpc signal.
