DISA and F71 Centrex Flash Feature

I wanted to be able to use the DISA and then after getting an internal dial tone use the *70 FLASH feature to flash the same line I called in on, get another dial tone and place a three way call. the reason why I want to use this instead of another line is to save line resources and also to maintain a good volume level. Any suggestions?

P.S. Can Speed Dialing even be used via *F0+SD number?
