Hi!

Can someone write here how can I set code for DISA calls. I want to set code when someone call DISA number from outside line, first they have to enter code and then(if code is correct)dial number. Now I have DISA but with no protection.

Thanks

From Alex
PARNUM=184 DISA with or without authorization code

0 Common (central) authorization code is required on DISA calls
1 Individual (regional) authorization code is required on DISA calls
2 Individual or common authorization code is required on DISA calls
3 Authorization code is not required on DISA calls

How to set up autorization code for DISA? I tried to set individual code for DISA, but I get message "DIR not in range". I used ASPAC:pARNUM=184,PARVAL=1, and AUCOI:DIR="DISA number",AUTH=XXXX,CAT=10,CILCOD=XXXX;

Another question: how to set that nothing is possible to dial from DISA, only when I enter authcode is possible to dial outside. Now I can dial everything thru DISA, but I want to restrict that.

thanks

Hi

Here is an extract from Alex how to dial authorization code with DISA.
Authorisation code can be individual (AUCOI:DIR=...), or Common (AUCOI:AUTH=...;)

With common authorization code

DISA number DT * FC * AUTH.CODE # DT + Wanted number
DISA number DT * FC * AUTH.CODE * FC * ACO.CODE # DT + Wanted number.

With individual authorization code

DISA number DT * FC * RAC * DIR # DT + Wanted number
DISA number DT * FC * RAC * DIR * FC * ACO.CODE # DT + Wanted number.

Without authorization code (only if permitted)

DISA number DT + Wanted number
DISA number DT * FC * ACO.CODE # DT + Wanted number.

DT Dial tone

FC Feature code

AUTH.CODE Authorization code

RAC Individual Authorization code

DIR Directory number

ACO.CODE Account code

So if you want to analyze the dialled number, you can perfom it via the autorisation code, or from the Leat code routing.

I would prefer to use Mobile Extension to provide a check for allowing callers to use the PBX capacity.

Good Luck

I can change the profile of my ext. via disa:

Disa-nr. DT *72*RAC*ext.# DT *10*ext*profile#

Now I try to make *21* or *22* but it does not work. Is only Personal Number supported? What else can I do with my extension via Disa?

Hi

just concentrate on what's DISA mean
Direct Inward Service Access; that does not mean that you will have all facilities available.
If you want to make diversion, you can test this procedure; your phone must be diverted to itself first and then you can may be do the procedure *21*your phone*answering phone#
Regarding external divertion, this is not possible as the action is made directly on the phone that make the request, and DISA ferature is not attached to a phone.

The best solution is to us Mobile Extension, which is exactly made for your need.

Best regards
