I am using Perl TK and have different results with the DirTree Widget on different computers. One computer will not display the directory of C:\ if this is chosen as the starting path but it will display other volumes. Another computer will display C but not others. It hs nothing to do with whether it is an NTFS or Fat 32 volume. Just seems to be different on different XP machines. I can access these volumes by specifying a complete file path so there is no problem with Perl finding the volumes. Just is a problem with DirTree. I can not find much documentation on DirTree. Any ideas on how to force it to find these other volumes? I really like code examples as I am a real novice with TK and Perl.
