I downloaded and installed DirectX SDK a while ago, and I later uninstalled it. Now, when I play some AVI-clips, Media Player shows a strange "00000000:00000000" counter in the middle of the clip, and sometimes it says that there is something wrong at "line 463" (i think it was 463) in a .cpp-file that doesn't exist.
I've tried to wipe Media Player out from my computer, I've tried to delete the registry keys that the Media Player has, I've reinstalled my codecs and I've reinstalled Media Player, but the error is still there.
I'd be very happy if someone knew why this is happening, and how to make it go away.
