Hello..I downloaded DirectX 9.0 then downloaded the December release of c Version. I was reading Tutorials that talk about Creating DirectX applications with C++ and in one of them it shows that after you create your Windows program project to right click in the Solution Explorer and select Add Resource, then its suppose to bring up a list of everything in there and is suppose to be in text. Im using MSVC++.NET standard 2003 and when i right click and select Add Resource it just brings up a dialog box with me able to select like Icons, Bitmaps, Cursors, Menu ect...When i installed DirectX it created a folder in C:\ So im assuming i didn't install or something so what can i do to get it into my MSVC++.NET???? thanks

Hi
Firstable I don't know where did you read about Add resource etc. If it is possible would be quite interestig. If you installed DX SDK you need to add include and lib files your SDK. To do this click from menu Tools->Options->Projects->VC++ Directories. From Show Directoriesfor choose include then library files and add the path to your DX SDK. Remeber that it shoud be at first place your incuded list

Best
