Directory Replication

I am working on a &quot;Single Master&quot; NT Domain with 7 Master BDC's and 23 Resource Domains.&nbsp;&nbsp;I want to Replicate Policies and Profiles from the MasterPDC to the MasterBDC's, to a Member Server in the Resource Domains, then to the Resource Domains' BDC's (for Backup).&nbsp;&nbsp;<br>The Member Server has shared directories and restricted access for the Policy and Profile shares.&nbsp;&nbsp;<br><br>When I replicate the first time, everything is replicated properly.&nbsp;&nbsp;If I make a change to the System Policy on the Master PDC nothing is replicated and my Master BDC comes up with a &quot;System error 2&quot;, &quot;System error 3&quot;, or &quot;System error 32&quot;.<br><br>If however I delete everything that was previously replicated and let replication take place from scratch all over again, it is successful.<br><br>Can anyone help ......... By the way, how can I FORCE Replication to take place manually?
