Directory Path is still showing in title bar!!!!

I know to right click a page and go to properties to set the text in which you want to appear in the title bar of a web page. My problem is I do that but the actual directory path is STILL appearing in the title bar ...

Any suggestions on how to have just the page text show in the title bar? I'm at a loss right now ...
