# directory over VOIP gateway

does anyone know how to setup # directory over a VOIP gateway I have the MCDN and VOIP gateway keycodes,

BCM 400 4.0 to a bcm 50 rls 2

Assuming you are referring to a centralozed VM, the only way the # for company directory will work is via a trunk call answered by Call Pilot AA. This will work over a VoIP trunk. Have the remote site call a particular DN over the VoIP trunks, assign those digits to a target line at the central site and have the CP answer that target line with AA.

how do I get it to go directly into the direectory right now it starts the AA from the begining at the Host site.

It won't. Set up a new CCR tree to use with this separate target line and record the greeting to say "press # for the company directory now".
