Hi there: I have many users who only see UNKNOWN NAME in their callers list. Is there a setting on the phone or on the PBX side where I can make a change to allow all numbers
to be recorded. I am running a Meridian 61C.

your just getting unknown name with no arrow beside it where you arrow over to number.

Thats right, and I did not know about the arrow. I press the right arrow, and I see an internal DN as the caller which I know is not the real number. Someone told me that cell phones will not display and I know that some will be blocked externally.

When I check my log and it shows an UNKOWN NAME then I arrow to the right, it shows me that the call came from 801215. This is a tie T1 (8012) channel 15 to one of my other sites. We do not have the QSIG feature (caller ID) set up between these sites. This happens also on some of my DID calls that do not have caller ID. Is that what you seeing ?
