Directory Listing Incomplete 1

We have setup a new Altigen phone system. Running MaxAdmin 6.51.406.

Our directory listing only reports one user mailbox and the operator mailbox.

Can anyone please point me to where I can configure who is listed in the directory? I have verified all users have the check box checked for Enable Dial By Name on the general tab.

To be clear, the users are not being listed in the directory that reads off all users names.

The check box will allow for directory service, however if the users have no recorded their directory name inside their personal settings in their mailbox they will not be listed in directory service

A star for you jganderson. We had recorded names on the UM side but not in Altigen.
