I need a hand...

I am currently using SIP on my IP500. I have a prefix of 9 to make a call using a SIP trunk, So each of my directory enteries are also prefixed with a 9. The only problem is the incomming number is not. so when a caller calls in it does not display the name!!!

Any ideas???

Steve

And the answer would be.....

2 directory entries. one with a 9 and one without.

Major pain in the ass!!!

I think someone was asking Avaya for a prefix to be able to be added in the SIP trunk form, but it hasn't appeared yet.

Send it in to new IPO feature requests

ACA:Implement - IP Office
ACS:Implement - IP Office

Football is not a matter of life and death-It is far more important!!!!

Becuase the IP Office does not prexix the incommming CLI with a 9!!!
