Directory in Equinox softphone

Am using equinox as soft phone for windows desktop.Am not able to get directory from the IP office server.
How can I configure the equinox and ip office to pull out directories from the Avaya IP office to display on the equinox.

you will need to search in the contact tab to show the contact name. otherwise it will show blank.

directory also uses port 443 even if you use preferred phone ports in the settings so if you are from outside the firewall you have to forward the port.

This is almost always a Cert issue.
Does your client show presence? Do you have a green check mark over your avatar?

Even if your system is setup to use SIP on 5060, non TLS, you still need TLS for directory and presence.
