Is there a way to increase the number of letters a user needs to input when using the directory handler?

Why would you want more letters? Are there several similar names in your application?

You can try extending the timeout or setup Directory Handler Match List Options Settings if thats a problem.....

Thx Jet, issue is I have 65 sites and 1 corp dir. This corp dir is needed to tie the empire together I need to keep someone from dialing AZ and getting me in NM.
