Does anyone out there use an alternate source for Directory Assistance other than Verizon, AT&T, etc.....if so, please provide feedback regarding service.

due to free web search, at one site, we eliminated 411 all together except for mgt. At one point we had 1/2 rate deal w/ MCI but ended that as well.

All of my clients use Free411 (1 800 373 4311 with advertising), web search, or none at all. Carriers here in the mid west charge up to $2.00 per 411 call now.
