Directories made via FTP can not be deleted, taken ownership ect. 1

Hello,
someone had uploaded some files to my ftp server, and now I can not do anything with the directories. I can move them to another folder, but can not delete them.

here is what it looks like from the ftp client.
ftp> dir
d--------- 1 owner group 0 Mar 19 12:19 ~ tagged 4 [A8D]
any ideas?

If the directories are not completely uploaded means disconnected during the upload it will never allow you to delete or move now you have to first stop the iis admin service and then it will alow you to delete simply stop the iis admin service and start it again. iis_guru@yahoo.com
